Minor Revisions for Darryl McGuire Media Completed

14th Colony built and launched the website for Darryl McGuire Media back in November of 2005. Darryl is a professional media buyer working with radio, television and print services. We recently made a couple small adjustments to the content but I wanted to bring this site to your attention for two reasons:
- Darryl is a great person that goes the extra mile for his customers. If you need media planning or buying, talk to him.
- The other reason is an opportunity for me to brag about my services. Actually, I’m not going to brag, I’ll let Darryl do the bragging for me:
Rand has been a huge help to me in developing my website. While I’m fairly technically savvy, he was terrific at helping me to understand certain aspects of successful web development that never occurred to me. I’m so pleased with the result. I wouldn’t make another web move without him!
The Darryl McGuire Media website is what I’d call a basic brochure site. It’s only 3 pages, listing the services, experience and contact information. But even though the site is small, it is still effective.
Since launching the website, Darryl has been contacted by clients that he lost touch with years ago. I see that he gets a lot of searches for his name (he is the brand) and company name which means people who already know him are looking him up. Many of those people are probably just looking up his phone number. His website is a convenience for his existing customers and vendors.
This works because the website is search-engine friendly. Google, Yahoo and MSN/Live all understand the structure and content of the website and can confidently point visitors there.
If you are interested in “testing the waters” online, I highly recommend you get started now! The sooner you take action, the sooner you will see results. If you aren’t sure what you want to do with your online presence, a basic brochure site is a great way to get started.
